Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably with a focus in an analytical field
  • 12+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility e-commerce marketing and owning a budget
  • Experience owning an annual performance budget in the 10-figures
  • Prior public company experience
  • Deep experience in marketing measurement
  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entirety of the paid social performance budget for our largest and foundational product category: Sexual Health
  • Be fiscally responsible for an annual budget well into the 10-figures, and held to strict CPA and ROAS targets
  • Partner with the product managers, product marketers and editorial teams to identify and address business opportunities
  • Seamlessly triangulate between MMM, MTA and Conversion Lift Study readouts to guide your investment strategy
  • Coach junior talent on your team
  • Analyze impact, rapidly testing hypotheses and conducting data analysis with a goal of constantly improving the metrics
  • Collaborate with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Product Marketing, to develop and execute a testing strategy and roadmap across measurement, creative, and in-platform optimizations
  • Manage the creative production roadmap with external performance creative agencies as well as in-house creative teams
  • Work closely with our Meta account team, navigating Alphas, Betas and measurement opportunities
  • Specialize in applying complex/ambiguous data to surface actionable insights and strategies across the customer journey
  • Launch new and experimental marketing channels in search of sustainable growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams on projects to help us grow
  • Continuously build business relationships across functional teams

Experience with marketplaces or past consulting experience
