Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience working in organizations that support K-12 school districts, with a focus on curriculum implementation and professional learning
- At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale projects or teams, with a focus on partnership management within the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
- Intermediate skills with collaborative cloud-based systems such as Asana and Lattice
- Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships and effectively communicate across diverse audiences
- Establish collaborative agreements with partners offering products and services supporting schools and districts with IM implementation
- Leverage deep knowledge of the K-12 education system, educational funding, and organizations offering implementation-related products and services
- Navigate contract agreements, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments and external parties to achieve shared goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience designing and implementing training and resources for educational leaders and coaches
- Experience supporting school and district leaders with all phases of curriculum adoption and implementation, experience specific to IM K-12 Math
