Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience working in organizations that support K-12 school districts, with a focus on curriculum implementation and professional learning
• At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale projects or teams, with a focus on partnership management within the education sector
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Intermediate skills with collaborative cloud-based systems such as Asana and Lattice
• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships and effectively communicate across diverse audiences
• Establish collaborative agreements with partners offering products and services supporting schools and districts with IM implementation
• Leverage deep knowledge of the K-12 education system, educational funding, and organizations offering implementation-related products and services
• Navigate contract agreements, processes, and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments and external parties to achieve shared goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Experience designing and implementing training and resources for educational leaders and coaches
• Experience supporting school and district leaders with all phases of curriculum adoption and implementation, experience specific to IM K-12 Math
