Summary
Join User Interviews as a Sr. Director of Partnerships and lead the development and execution of our strategic partnership program. This key role involves building and managing co-sell, reseller, technical integration, and API partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. You will define and execute the overall partnership strategy, identify and onboard new partners, develop and manage partner programs, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Success in this role requires a proven track record in partnership management, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with direct sales. Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing partnerships across multiple channels
- Experience with direct sales and a deep understanding of the sales process
- Experience managing multi-channel partnerships, including co-sell, reseller, and technology integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills (if applicable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnership strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and go-to-market strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners across various channels (e.g., technology, distribution, channel sales)
- Develop and manage co-sell, reseller, and technical integration programs with key partners
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including revenue share models, joint marketing plans, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans
- Track and analyze partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Drive revenue growth through successful execution of partner programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
- Provide ongoing support and enablement to partners
- Resolve any partnership-related issues and ensure partner satisfaction
- Leverage partnerships to expand market reach into new geographies and customer segments
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Research industry
- Experience with testing tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, Lookback. Maze
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
