Senior Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager at Mirakl Labs, a technology company based in Paris and Boston that offers e-commerce solutions. The role involves defining and executing the product vision for Mirakl Ads, a retail media solution launched by Mirakl in November 2022.

Requirements

• Have at least 5/7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the retail media industry
• Be an expert in one of the following domains: catalog management, data science and ML, integration at clients, Data & Measure, Insights
• Speak French and English fluently
• Have good sensitivity to data, design, and agility
• Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate decision-making abilities and autonomy
• Argue with facts and concrete analyses rather than hypotheses
• Be familiar with an agile development method (SCRUM, Kanban…)

Responsibilities

• Define, with the Product Director and Chief Product Officer, the short and long-term roadmap for the features of the Mirakl Ads product
• Strategize product (Build / Buy / Partner): identify potential technology partners or acquisitions that could add value to clients and co-construct integration scenarios
• Imagine innovative new features and evolve existing ones for the Mirakl Ads product to improve client performance
• Build and maintain market and product analyses and regularly exchange with clients to collect feedback and anticipate future needs
• Maintain, prioritize, and manage the functional backlog for the development team and lead the team to focus on high-priority tasks that add continuous and incremental value
• Collaborate with the Data Science and Product Design teams to imagine intelligent new features and integrate them into the product
• Collaborate closely with other teams (Product Managers, Product Marketing, Product Content, Sales, Alliances, Customer Success)
