Senior Director, Product Strategy

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience in product management roles
• At least 4+ years of experience contributing to product strategy
• At least 4+ years of experience leading teams of product managers
• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic product vision and direction that aligns with organizational goals and market demands
• Direct the design, launch, and continually improve IM's product portfolio, providing diverse options to suit various organizational needs
• Direct product management processes and workflows by ensuring streamlined, effective operations
• Lead and manage employees by setting goals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed
• Foster collaboration between product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive product experiences
