Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in project or product management, with a strong track record of leading complex projects to successful completion
• Leadership/executive experience in the tech industry, particularly in childcare or education technology, is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy for consumer and corporate businesses based on business objectives and customer needs
• Lead and execute Bright Horizons-Sittercity integration projects
• Drive quarterly OKR planning process for squads
• Collaborate with other departments to define product requirements and deliver solutions
• Lead a team of engineers, product designers & product managers providing direction, guidance, and mentorship
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set goals for individual team members
• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of high-impact special projects
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the company
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project success
• Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and partners, to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project status
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide project decisions and measure project performance
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
