Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or Finance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for process optimization, data integrity, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations functions, including pipeline and forecast management, territory planning, and account management
  • Ensure data integrity and actionable insights in Salesforce and other reporting tools
  • Track performance against quotas and KPIs, making strategic recommendations to drive alignment and goal attainment
  • Develop monthly and quarterly business reports using tools like PowerPoint, Qwilr, and Excel
  • Analyze pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and deal velocity to identify trends and drive sales productivity
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and tools supporting the sales team
  • Design and deliver sales enablement strategies, including onboarding, product training, and playbooks
  • Manage a centralized repository of sales resources and best practices
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department and company
