Requirements

• Bachelors in Software engineering, Computer Science, or related experiences
• ServiceNow Sys admin Certification - Desired
• SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications are a BIG plus
• Experience with Agile Methodologies is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience working in Project Management, ideally for large ITSM implementations
• PM experience with application development projects
• Experience in the calculation and management of KPIs
• Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English speaking clients
• Experience working in Bilingual Environments
• Able to take control of the project by him/herself
• Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to client when needed
• Very proactive
• Experience with risk management
• English level: B2+
