Requirements

• Must have experience with VMware Operating System
• Must have experience with Desktop and VDI Support (patching and maintenance)

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop / VDI support (patching and maintenance)
• Support Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop
• Manage tickets and alarms using monitoring applications to fix issues and coordinate with specialists
• Implement Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and manage SLAs
• Configure Active Directory implementation and virtualization
• Install and configure VMware Farm Infrastructure (physical ESXi host server and CISCO network)
• Implement RADIA / ePO security team tasks, including Microsoft Patching and McAfee updating
• Configure Network Infrastructure (Cisco switches)
• Install and configure Storage Area Network
• Manage CISCO Application Managing (OM, CISCO Systems, DDMI, MDS Switch NX-OS)
• Install and configure Virtual Math Cache Server for graphics applications
