Responsibilities

• Support the health and direction of the teams and products they build
• Partner with engineering teams, product managers, designers to create a strategy and set the direction for your domain
• Manage and support the personal development of your EMs and most senior ICs
• Ensure the teams have what they need to successfully deliver the right products on time
