Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with 3-5 years specifically focused on enterprise product marketing
• Proven track record of connecting features, benefits, and value propositions to drive revenue growth in the enterprise sector
• Deep knowledge of B2B marketing best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise product marketing strategies
• Drive the creation of comprehensive buyer personas and market segmentation
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across product, GTM, and the rest of the marketing team
• Refine pricing and packaging strategies
• Create high-quality marketing assets
• Partner with Brand & Communications and Growth & Customer Marketing teams
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert on the enterprise market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape
• Leverage data-driven decision-making
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Exhibit excellent project management skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Participate in high-stakes sales meetings and strategic deal negotiations
• Provide strategic input into product roadmap decisions
• Allocate 15-20% of time towards contributing to overall release marketing and product marketing initiatives
