Requirements

• Enterprise risk management experience in a tech company or challenger bank
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in an IT or business-related field
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Strong integrity and professional ethics
• Solid business acumen
• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed a robust, proactive risk culture through coaching and other initiatives
• Monitor 10x's risk profile and report on progress against risk strategy, mitigations and appetite to Risk Management Committee
• Provide oversight and challenge to risk assessments and mitigations, facilitating risk identification sessions
• Manage RCSAs, refining risk, control, and external certification audits (e.g. SOC2)
• Ensure the innovation and scalability of risk management processes to support company growth
• Implement data-driven risk management practices to enhance decision-making and risk identification

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational resilience experience
• Preferred experience with Big 4 in risk advisory and/or internal audit
• Familiarity with financial services industry practices and professional standards
• Tech risk management experience
• The ability to be a strong team player and an excellent collaborator
• The ability to impact and influence senior stakeholders
• The drive to innovate, cut through complexity, and deliver outstanding results
