Requirements
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership or assigned teams
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and other business documents
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, messages, and incoming requests
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Assist with special projects, research, and administrative initiatives
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and action items for key projects
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and office equipment needs
- Support budgeting and expense tracking for departments or projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in administrative processes
- Troubleshoot administrative challenges and implement solutions
- Maintain compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Preferred Qualifications
