Join Outreach, a leading AI Sales Execution Platform company, as a Senior Executive Assistant, partnering with the Chief Revenue Officer and/or Chief Marketing Officer. This role is based in Seattle or Atlanta, with remote possibilities. You will manage executive calendars, plan major events, communicate internally and externally, collaborate with C-level leaders, and manage special projects. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of executive assistant experience, including 3 years in a high-growth startup. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendars and executive travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
- Spearhead planning for some of our larger sales & marketing events (i.e. President’s Club, Sales Kick-Off, etc.)
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications)
- Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events
- Execute special projects and project manage events, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates
- Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs and executive staff
- Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through
- Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, & potentially procurement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Sales and/or Marketing teams is a plus!
