Requirements
- A track record of success. 3+ years of high-performance experience, working in strategy consulting or tech finance is a plus, as is exposure to working with/in GTM functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to structure ambiguity, extract insights from data, and enthusiastic utilization of AI tools are table stakes of this position
- Exceptional communication and storytelling – you don’t just crunch numbers, you explain what they mean and why they matter
- Strategic, curious mindset – someone who’s always asking “why?”, thinks beyond the numbers, and seeks to shape business direction
- Collaborative, proactive approach to cross-functional partnership – especially with Commercial/GTM teams
- Ownership and initiative, with a bias toward action and innovation

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic analysis to uncover opportunities that improve customer retention, product adoption, and customer health
- Build sophisticated yet flexible models that inform Customer Success strategy, forecast outcomes, and simulate business scenarios
- Synthesize data and insights into compelling stories and strategic recommendations for senior leaders
- Act as a thought partner to CS stakeholders, embedding yourself in their strategic priorities and providing guidance grounded in data
- Shape and lead white space initiatives, where you’ll be expected to create structure, propose frameworks, and influence direction in new, undefined areas
- Present findings to executives and help steer Customer Success strategy through effective communication and stakeholder management
