The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance background in FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting, with expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning. You will partner with various teams, provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, and leverage AI and automation tools. The position requires 5+ years of FP&A experience and strong financial modeling skills. Abnormal Security offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $114,000-$135,000, and benefits such as bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Requirements
- 5+ years FP&A experience, including 1+ year in GTM Finance or 2+ years in IB, PE, or Consulting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
- Experience partnering with marketing or GTM teams to support business growth
- Proven ability to influence senior executives through clear, data-backed recommendations
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and financial analytics tools to drive efficiency
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing headcount and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop scenario-based financial models to assess marketing investments, ROI, and performance trends
- Establish and track key KPIs, including cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and marketing efficiency, to drive data-backed decisions
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Strategy & Analytics teams to align financial plans with GTM initiatives and revenue growth strategies
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO, and GTM leaders
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial reporting
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support strategic resource allocation
