Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Brightspeed's growing Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, Network Operations! Reporting to the Manager, Network Operations, you will be responsible for processing invoices supporting Brightspeed's network, including dispute resolution and vendor interaction. You will utilize systems like Synchronoss Access Management System (SAM) and SAP. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• 5+ years of experience in related area as an individual contributor
• Experience with Synchronoss Access Management
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities to break down complex ideas into simple & manageable segments, troubleshoot data issues, and see issues to resolution

Responsibilities

• Use Synchronoss Access Management System (SAM) to dispute, resolve and pay network invoices
• Work with vendors to reconcile payments, resolve disputes, locate missing invoices and other vendor interactions
• Set up new BANS in SAM and SAP
• Meet objectives associated with Network Operations such as timely payment, etc

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• Telecommunications industry experience
