Requirements

  • At least 1-3 year experience in FP&A
  • A right to work in and are based in either London, Berlin or Munich
  • Successfully completed Bachelor / Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably with focus on Economics, Finance or Controlling
  • Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience with ERP and FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, pigment, or similar)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you are ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside our team

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning
  • Partner with department heads to manage budget allocations and optimise spend
  • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on revenue, expenses, and KPIs
  • Track and analyse ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, churn rate, and other SaaS KPIs
  • Conduct cohort analysis to assess customer retention, expansion, and upsell opportunities
  • Work with the O2C accountant to ensure accurate revenue recognition
  • Support accounting for month-end / year-end closing with reconciliations and evaluation of provisions and accruals, as well as allocations and correctional bookings for internal cost controlling
  • Monitor gross margins, operating expenses, and unit economics to enhance profitability
  • Calculate and process monthly sales commissions based on sales performance, quotas, and compensation plans. Collaborate with Revenue Ops teams to ensure commission accuracy and alignment with incentive structures and provide regular reports and insights on commission trends
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and investors
  • Develop dashboards and presentations for executive decision-making
  • Support fundraising, M&A due diligence, and investor relations as needed
