Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join HealthJoy's Finance team as a key member driving high growth and impact. Actively support key finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Monitor KPIs, analyze financial data, and prepare monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Lead ad hoc financial projects and collaborate with business stakeholders. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including financial, analytical and/or other related business field
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business required
• Expert modeling and Excel skills are an absolute must-have
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting required
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and KPIs (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, Net Dollar Retention)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Focused and proactive quick thinker, with the ability to work creatively and independently
• Ability to partner cross-functionally, influence, and communicate with all levels of management
• Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized; able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Actively support key functions within the Finance department, including the annual planning and budgeting process and subsequent forecast updates
• Maintain long-range financial model to assist with business strategic planning and long-term goals
• Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Analyze financial data to formulate forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and variance analysis for different programs within the organization or for the company as a whole to aid in decision making
• Manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including providing variance analysis and commentary
• Assist with preparation of board and investor materials
• Lead ad hoc financial projects, such as profitability, pricing, ROI, and buy vs. build analysis; summarize findings and provide recommendations
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather planning inputs, track performance, and drive expense management

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment banking, consulting, healthcare, and/or SaaS experience preferred
• CFA or CPA a plus
• SQL skills and experience working with large datasets a plus

• Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $90,000-105,000 Annually
• Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives
