You will play a key role in building out our FP&A capabilities and driving analytical processes to support critical business decisions. This position requires proven experience in financial modeling, management reporting, and planning software administration. The role involves optimizing our financial model, delivering management reporting, driving P&L analysis, and building financial modeling tools. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of FP&A or other relevant Finance experience, ideally in a high growth startup
  • High proficiency with complex financial modeling and reporting techniques
  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics and communicate insights effectively to all levels of management
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple functions and management levels with a service-oriented, business partnering approach
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage our financial model and budget, including operational P&L forecasting, annual budgeting, and our long-term planning
  • Deliver comprehensive management reporting to internal and external stakeholders synthesizing key insights on performance
  • Drive P&L analysis in support of operational execution and accurate forecasting, including variance analyses and assessing related risks and opportunities
  • Build / implement financial modeling tools to support critical financial decisions in our business operations
  • Partner closely with our accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness
  • Own the administration of our planning software (Cube) and drive the implementation and adoption of future enhancements and features
  • Develop and implement new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and workflow of the Finance Department, including process automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate planning tool implementation or administration experience
  • Operations or manufacturing finance experience
  • BI tool proficiency, SQL or comparable query language experience
