You will play a crucial role in building and improving financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes. Requirements
- 2β4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles; experience in a high-growth startup is a plus
- Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and streamlining reporting workflows
- Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain dynamic forecasting models
- Proficient in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Runway, or Mosaic; familiarity with SQL or Sigma is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Skilled at partnering cross-functionally to support operational and headcount planning
- Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Excited to build scalable processes, enable self-serve reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the company
Responsibilities
- Build scalable processes to support Ownerβs rapid growth trajectory
- Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic planning and resource allocation
- Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive leadership
- Support data-driven decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency
- Reduce manual reporting through automation and standardization to deliver timely, reliable insights to key stakeholders
- Improve forecast accuracy and agility by enhancing visibility into financial performance drivers
