Requirements
- Be a strategic and critical thinker who can connect dots and objectively analyze input to form a proposed plan of action. Have a proven ability to develop and execute enablement initiatives aligned to go-to-market objectives
- Be a cross-functional collaborator across all levels and functions of an organization; strong stakeholder management skills are key. Be adept at influencing senior sales leadership
- Be a fast learner and self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Be a clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex concepts
- Be an expert in enabling a customer-centric buying process and sales methodologies like MEDDPIC
Responsibilities
- Shape enablement strategies aligned with the go-to-market strategy and evolve how sales teams help customers buy and go-live
- Drive skills and knowledge development to meet long-term growth goals by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize sales productivity and skills growth, using data analysis, Gong calls, and understanding of the GTM strategy. Partner with sales leaders to design and execute initiatives that deliver against revenue goals
- Own and optimize AE and BDR onboarding, ensuring rapid and effective ramp by implementing best practices across LMS and live components
- Collaborate with PMM and Product to create compelling value-focused training for product releases and share best practices to evolve the approach
- Own and optimize the internal CMS, ensuring the team can efficiently find information and utilize customer-facing features (such as deal rooms)
- Bring industry expertise and knowledge of enablement best practices to recommend and execute on ways to continually improve sales enablement at Paddle
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in a customer-facing role β e.g., sales, customer success, consulting (payments experience is a plus)
