Senior Graphic Designer

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of mediums
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for online publications, print materials, logos, brochures, and other projects as required
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, compliance, publishing) to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all internal and affiliated entities’ materials
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
• Liaise with external vendors, such as printers and web developers, to ensure seamless execution of design projects
• Develop original concepts and execute creative direction based on briefs, while ensuring alignment with branding guidelines
• Balance creativity with deadlines, ensuring high-quality output within time constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial, professional, or business sectors is preferred
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is a plus
