Summary

Join OLLY as a Senior Graphic Designer for a six-month temporary position! You will be responsible for creating and evolving OLLY's brand creative assets across various platforms, including e-commerce, social media, and in-store experiences. This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing best-in-class design work and 3-7 years of experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver impactful design solutions. The position is remote, based in the Pacific Time Zone, and offers a competitive hourly rate. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating deep experience in best-in-class marketing design work across all channels (paid media, ecommerce, email, digital experiences, social channels, etc.)
  • 3-7 years experience as a savvy and strategic Visual Designer
  • Demonstrated experience as a talented designer and conceptual thinker
  • Expertise in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Figma, After Effects)
  • Keen ability to present user-focused design solutions and discuss creative work, providing clear rationale and insights
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Know how to read a brief and take ideas from concept to execution
  • Creative self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Develop fresh design concepts for paid and branded media (static and motion), landing pages and PDPs, email (promo and consumer journey), in-store display, and organic social assets to support marketing campaigns and always-on business
  • Bring to life 360 campaigns by applying out-of-the-box thinking and creativity to solve complex design problems from concept to production based on brief objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while utilizing UX best practices throughout every consumer touchpoint
  • Work to develop strong cross-functional relationships with design team, copywriters and key cross functional partners resulting in creative that is insight-driven, actionable, and align with our business objectives
  • Partner with Creative Ops to manage projects and timelines effectively for on-time, on-brief delivery
  • Stay immersed in design trends of the competitive landscape, incorporating novel uses of color, type, composition, and animation into OLLY creative
