  • Comfortable managing timelines, vendors, and budgets across multiple events at once
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Cylinder’s presence at conferences and events—from initial research and outreach to booth logistics, lead capture, and ROI reporting
  • Manage a calendar of Cylinder-hosted events and webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, promotion, planning, and follow-up
  • Represent Cylinder on-site at key events to oversee setup, troubleshoot in real time, support attendees, and ensure brand excellence
  • Support the creation of event-specific content—including email invites, landing pages, signage, social posts, and post-event follow-up materials—in partnership with content, design, external vendors, and comms teams
  • Coordinate with our SDR and sales teams to drive pre-event prospecting, in-person engagement, and post-event follow-up that converts interest into pipeline

  • Track event performance and generate insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborate remotely and communicate clearly across stakeholders, including execs, sales, and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B marketing or health care is a plus, but not required
  • A strong project manager who brings both big-picture structure and sharp attention to detail pulling the pieces together and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving
  • Flexible, adaptable, and ready to pivot plans when a speaker cancels, a shipment gets delayed, or the venue switches layouts
  • Energized by creating memorable, thoughtful brand experiences—and thinking ahead to what will resonate with our audience
  • Interested in health care, marketing, and storytelling—and want to be part of a mission-driven team that moves fast and thinks big
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects from concept to completion
