Senior HR IT Specialist

Summary

Join KOSTAL Group, a global leader in solar and automotive solutions, as an HR IT Application Manager in their new Hungarian business service center. This role involves supporting the HR IT team in operational tasks, global transformation projects (like H4/S4 migration and HRIS suite implementation), and ensuring operational KPIs are met. You will document HR processes, plan system maintenance, and contribute to the digital improvement of KOSTAL's international HR organization. Requirements

• University or college degree in IT or similar
• 4+ years work experience in a HR Application Management role within IT
• Experience in HRIS global transformation, including HRIS suite implementation, SAP H4/S4 migration, S4 Hana
• Experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organisational Management, Fiori tiles for ESS
• Experience in IT processes (Ticketing, User support, Business KPI-s)
• Confident user of standard office applications
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Support the HR IT team by working on operational incident and service requests in relevant HR systems
• Support the HR IT Team with global transformation projects such as H4/S4 migration and implementation of a HRIS suite
• Ensure operational KPI’s are achieved in these fields
• Documentation of HR business processes for frequently asked questions and KOSTAL’S technical knowledge database
• Plan and Co-ordinate system maintenance and testing
• Work on HR project tasks as and when required
• Support the digital improvement journey of KOSTAL’S international HR organization

Preferred Qualifications

• SSC Experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with ABAP / C++ / Python  is an advantage
• HR related application knowledge (like: Cornerstone, Smartrecruiters) is an advantage
• Hungarian is an advantage
