A typical day includes addressing employee relations issues, processing payroll, conducting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with other HR team members. Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and payroll management
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy in payroll processing
  • Ability to address employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality while implementing effective solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs and documentation requirements. Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Oversee all aspects of payroll, including running payroll cycles, processing bonuses, raises, and other payroll changes. Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement in accordance with local regulations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing conflict resolution support and maintaining documentation of employee interactions and issues
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations related to HR and payroll practices. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation as required by law and organizational policies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support a positive work environment and align with organizational goals
  • Identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in HR practices and payroll processes
