Summary

Join Typeform's HR Shared Services Team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist for a 9-month contract covering a maternity leave. You will play a key role in ensuring a world-class employee experience by administering employee records, supporting onboarding/offboarding, processing employee changes, collaborating with payroll, responding to employee inquiries, maintaining HR databases, assisting with compliance, and identifying process improvements. This position requires proven HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech company, familiarity with HRIS systems, excellent organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of employment laws. Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally within a fast-paced technology company
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management
  • Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems
  • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations
