Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in a software company and/or rapid growth organization in a People operations/HR position
- Deep knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, US and UK employment compliance, and leave management
- Experience managing multiple projects at once, tracking performance and regularly providing visibility to multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable interacting with all levels of the company, while discerning and managing confidential and sensitive information
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, able to execute on very clear objectives, with minimal hand-holding or supervision, while reaching out for support as needed from our collaborative team
- Diligently curious, eager to engage deeply with our team to understand opportunities for improvement and growth

Responsibilities
- Process payroll
- Manage employee benefit administration
- Oversee HR compliance initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to employees on related matters
- Serve as the primary point person for employee questions, concerns, and guidance on global payroll, leave management, global benefits, onboarding and employee relations
- Lead the creation, regular review and update of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., leave management, HR audits, workers' compensation)
- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing and benefits program administration, for US and UK-based employees
- Own and organize people data in the HRIS for compliance and generate reporting from HRIS and People systems
- Own preparation and delivery of new hire pre-hire tasks and onboarding sessions
- Maintain employee-facing collateral for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with People projects as assigned
- Promote the company's reputation
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree+ in HR-related field
- HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)

- Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $112,000 - $132,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location
