Senior HR Project Manager

Summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in HR project management, and experience with Workday or similar HCM systems. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in HR project or program management in a global or matrixed environment
• Demonstrated experience managing Workday or similar HCM system projects
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent, performance, compensation, organizational development)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic HR programs and projects that align with our business and HR goals, from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Partner closely with HR leaders, COEs, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
• Facilitate workshops, updates, and communication across global teams
• Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems or processes
• Support communication, training, and engagement strategies
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
• Assess and improve existing HR processes and tools for greater efficiency and user experience
• Champion data-driven decision-making and digital enablement within HR

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is highly desirable
