Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in HR project or program management in a global or matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience managing Workday or similar HCM system projects
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (talent, performance, compensation, organizational development)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across geographies
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic HR programs and projects that align with our business and HR goals, from initiation through delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Partner closely with HR leaders, COEs, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
- Facilitate workshops, updates, and communication across global teams
- Apply change management frameworks to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems or processes
- Support communication, training, and engagement strategies
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
- Assess and improve existing HR processes and tools for greater efficiency and user experience
- Champion data-driven decision-making and digital enablement within HR
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is highly desirable
