Requirements
- Experience : You have experience as an HR Business Partner (or equivalent), in which you have developed knowledge of people practices (talent and performance management, employee relations…) with a strong work ethic
- You have also developed consulting and project management skills in your previous experiences, that you still want to leverage
- Business- and solution-oriented: You proactively act to understand your stakeholders’ context and problems, and to deliver solutions based on a strong analysis
- Planning and organization: you anticipate, organize, and coordinate all people's activities, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant adjustment
- Communication : You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages : You speak both French and English
Responsibilities
- Ensure that we have the right organization and the right talents in place to achieve our goals (strategic, business, finance…)
- Creating an employee experience at work that plays a major role in employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- Developing, as a project manager, models and frameworks regarding organisation principles and resource planning, M&A integration plan, change management, HR trends and analytics, to support the whole people development team
- Work closely with top managers and business leaders to understand the overall business strategy, and then develop people strategies and initiatives that support and align with these objectives
- Be the point of contact for teams and managers , from their onboarding and for the rest of their time at the company
- Provide HR guidance to managers on a wide range of HR issues, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You will be supported by experts in different HR fields (talent acquisition, people operations, learning & development team, etc…) to deliver the best employee and manager experience
- Ensure the communication channel between the people team and the business units, conveying HR policies, programs, and updates to the employees and managers they work with
- Drive continuous improvement by making sure our People system, initiatives, and processes, answer business needs
- Lead large projects from an HR perspective : company-wide changes, new business unit creation, or acquisition/integration projects
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, on key HR topics, in a 360° HR role
