Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or other depending on experience
  • 6-8 years Human Resources experience
  • Solid working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures, and employment laws in UK&I - wider EMEA exposure is beneficial
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience interacting with people internationally
  • Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones, as required for international business
  • Technical fluency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Excellent project management skills
  • 5 years of Stakeholder Management experience
  • 2 years of working with Transformation & Transition
  • Experience liaising with and coordinating multiple team members to drive toward a goal
  • Account management experience and Customer Service oriented, highly professional and a great attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new hires in EMEA, including payroll setup and benefit enrollments as required
  • Managing questions related to payroll, expense reports and other HR functions for our global employees on behalf of our clients
  • Managing local accountants, benefits brokers, HR advisors and other partners
  • Maintaining meticulous client records in our online portal
  • Responding to client queries and advising on benefits, international payroll queries and other client matters that invariably arise for clients hiring internationally
  • Manage client relationships in conjunction with members of the client services team
  • Negotiating with potential new clients and existing clients expanding into new countries across EMEA
  • Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope for HR functions
  • Coach and lead professionals and clients to make them and their business more productive and successful ensuring an effective HR strategy to support the business goals
  • Ability to handle and negotiate both simple and more complex end-of-employment situations, driving resolution of issues in collaboration with Legal partners
  • Work with client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities
  • Be the escalation point for all related queries from team members in EMEA Region
