Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Possess at least 6+ years of technical experience in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors Talent modules
  • Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in the following SuccessFactors modules: PM/GM including CPM, 360, calibration, and feedback; Succession and Development including succession planning, career development planning, mentoring, opportunity marketplace, and calibration; Qualtrics HXM including survey configuration and reporting; Associated SF module reporting, RBP, and working knowledge of Position Management
  • Possess a strong functional understanding of HR business processes such as performance reviews, succession planning, competencies/skills development, engagement surveys, and learning
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Show a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Display familiarity with agile development methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management best practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Talent solutions to align with organizational needs, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the HRIS. Monitor data quality and address any issues as needed
  • Optimize, monitor, and scale Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to secure sensitive HR data
  • Design and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics using SF Story Reports to provide insights into HR metrics and trends. Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with the MongoDB People team, influence decision-making, and become a trusted advisor. Minimize tech speak when dealing with end users and leverage your experience supporting talent cycles to provide recommendations
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring HR systems are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse user groups
  • Oversee and design the integration of HRIS with other business systems and talent management platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Evaluate and manage external vendors, contractors, and partners involved in the development, integration, or maintenance of HR systems
  • Monitor industry trends, gather user feedback, conduct retrospectives, and assess internal processes to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to HR systems
