Senior Information Security Project Manager, Remote - Spain

Summary

The job is for a Project Manager in an IT and Engineering Solutions company, D-ploy. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring GMP CSV compliance, reviewing time sheets, managing project risks, and more. The required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, PM certifications, professional certifications in Information Security, and more. The preferred requirements include experience in ICS/OT environment and proficiency in German.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-10 years’ experience as a project manager, with 3 in program management
• PM certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Professional certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Management of multiple simultaneous projects including their dependencies
• Creation and delivery of presentations of project status, finances in weekly and steerco meetings
• Creation and delivery of the security program and projects governance structure
• Follow and ensure GMP CSV compliance requirements are followed in the GMP relevant projects
• Review and approve time sheets from external resources working on the security program and projects
• Pro-actively and timely manage project risks, issues and dependencies as well as propose appropriate mitigation actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing projects to deliver security processes and solutions such as GRC, IAM, DLP, EDR/SIEM/SOC tools, CASB/SGW, etc
• Knowledge of GDPR and GXP environment is a plus
• Experience in managing programs with various simultaneous projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in ICS / OT environment would be a plus
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
