Summary

Join Airbnb's dynamic team as a Senior Integrated Marketing Lead for Homes and play a pivotal role in developing and executing global marketing strategies. Requirements

  • 12+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience at a global consumer brand and/or fast paced technology company
  • Integrated marketing expertise leading global and local campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive business growth and brand preference
  • Equal parts creative and analytical thinker, with proven ability to champion world class creative that delivers results
  • Adept at an Insights and data driven approach to inform marketing strategy, program development, and campaign optimization
  • Solid understanding of key business and consumer levers that unlock growth, along with expertise measuring marketing ROI
  • Experience managing external media agencies alongside large, multinational, cross functional teams internally
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate a vision, strategy and idea clearly and succinctly
  • Adept and executive stakeholder management and influence to drive outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, operating at both highly strategic and tactical execution focused altitudes, simultaneously
  • Creative taste, appreciation for design and a passion for Airbnb

Responsibilities

  • Develop the global integrated marketing strategy for the Homes line of business, with emphasis on driving growth at every stage of the funnel
  • Be a champion of consumer insights and business data to inform both Marketing strategy and campaign optimization
  • Partner with the Airbnb creative team on end to end global campaign development, from briefing through campaign execution and reporting
  • Manage media agencies and platform partners to ensure our messaging is always showing up at the right time, in the right place, for the right people
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop localized programs designed to nurture the Airbnb brand reputation around the world
  • Collaborate across functions to define an integrated roadmap, budgeting, and measurement plans
  • Be the relentless advocate for a consumer first approach, partnering closely with international teams to develop global marketing that is locally nuanced and relevant
  • Regularly engage with and influence executive stakeholders to drive alignment on marketing plans
