Senior IT Operations Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, security, or systems administration
• Strong understanding of SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
• Experience monitoring security risks, vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM), endpoint security, and IT policy enforcement
• Proficiency in managing SaaS tools and enterprise IT environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation
• Experience evaluating and negotiating IT service contracts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with autonomy and ownership

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance programs
• Monitor for security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches ensuring proactive risk mitigation
• Respond to security audits and customer security questionnaires
• Implement updates, patches, and software upgrades in a structured, controlled manner
• Manage user access controls, including onboarding, offboarding, and permission reviews
• Plan and oversee data backups and disaster recovery strategies
• Ensure systems are resilient against downtime, cyber threats, and performance issues
• Manage and optimize SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
• Evaluate, procure, and negotiate SaaS & IT service contracts
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets, licenses, and access controls
• Work closely with Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure IT policies align with business needs
• Provide IT support and best practices to enhance employee productivity and security awareness
• Continuously improve IT processes to drive efficiency, reliability, and security
