Join Tide's Marketing Operations team as a Senior Operations Manager and play a key role in stabilizing continental European markets and expanding into new regions. You will monitor acquisition funnel performance, create dashboards, analyze operational performance, and proactively solve problems. Collaborate with various teams to improve processes and increase conversion. Requirements

  • Speak and write fluent English
  • Have 4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment as a Management Consultant, Analyst, Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operations Manager
  • Enjoy working with data and have experience with business analytics tools: Excel and SQL; and understand the importance of APIs in technology scale-ups
  • Be logical and see data as a crucial part of decision-making but know when to stop analyzing and start acting
  • Thrive as a generalist and can wear many different hats concurrently
  • Be proactive, resilient, and willing to spend the time it takes to discover where a problem lies and not stop until it's solved
  • Be customer-focused and a team player
  • Be okay with ambiguity and enjoy working in a complex, technical industry

Responsibilities

  • Stabilize continental European markets while leading efforts to expand into new regions
  • Monitor acquisition funnel operating performance and KPIs (e.g., commercial targets, conversion rates, or other key results) and investigate and raise deviations
  • Create dashboards and analyze operational performance, define performance metrics, escalate performance issues, and understand the root cause of sub-optimal processes
  • Proactively analyze and solve problems through collaboration with technical and non-technical teams to arrive at the right solution
  • Be the essential link between marketing and product teams, looking for improvements on both sides, with the ultimate goal of increasing conversion
  • Build, optimize, and advocate for scalable processes that are clearly defined and documented
  • Own and deliver non-technical projects and support product and marketing to manage coordination of cross-functional technical projects
  • Manipulate data using G-Sheet and other visualization tools to provide actionable insights
