• Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates for open positions
• Research and develop a deep understanding of position requirements to independently manage part of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication and effective tracking throughout the hiring process
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress
• Demonstrate a high level of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently manage your workload
