Senior IT Recruiter

Join Nearsure's LATAM team as a Senior IT Recruiter and help connect amazing Latin American talent with US companies. You will be responsible for identifying top tech talent, managing the candidate process, and ensuring high-quality, agile recruitment. The role requires a BS degree in a related field, advanced English, 2+ years of IT recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented attitude. You must live in Mexico, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic. Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting in Latin America and remote work experience.

Requirements

• Bs. Degree in Human resources, Psychology or related fields
• Advanced English Level
• +2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles
• Excellent communicational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates
• Result oriented and motivated by fast-paced working environments
• MUST live in: Mexico, Costa Rica or Dominican Republic

Responsibilities

• Attract talent by sourcing in social media platforms, placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Manage their own candidates progress on our ATS
• Provide support to applicants along the whole recruiting process
• Make sure we staff our openings with the best talent in 2-4 weeks

• Experience recruiting candidates in Latin America
• Experience working remotely
