Senior Key Account Manager

As a Senior Key Account Manager at OTOMOTO, you will manage key clients, conduct training, develop long-term relationships, and represent the company at industry events. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring comprehensive client support, and preparing reports. This role requires at least 5 years of sales experience in automotive, e-commerce, or finance, excellent English skills, and strong presentation skills. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (in the automotive/e-commerce/financial industry)
• Knowledge of the new and used car market, industry, market trends
• Good knowledge of English, minimum B2 level
• Ability to use MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare presentations and reports
• Good time management and ability to independently manage the assigned area
• Experience in conducting presentations, webinars for large groups
• Advisory and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel frequently (mainly within the assigned area - Greater Poland, Łódź, Mazowieckie voivodeships) and experience in driving a passenger car
• Ability to build relationships based on values and trust

Responsibilities

• Manage key clients and build long-term relationships
• Individually achieve established sales plans
• Complete tasks and goals according to procedures and standards, and update data in the system
• Plan individual work time
• Provide comprehensive and professional advice on the optimal use of OLX Group products
• Prepare and conduct training for Clients
• Represent the company at industry events (Trade fairs, Conferences, Congresses)
• Work with numerical data, prepare reports
• Onboard new employees
• Collaborate with other departments of the company
• Participate in company-planned meetings and workshops
