  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of driving activation and retention strategies in Western markets
  • Proficient in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance lifecycle performance
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau), with experience managing CRM integrations
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance and messaging effectiveness
  • Written communication: A knack for writing or collaborating on great copy, with subject lines and impactful messaging as your strengths

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer experiences across activation, retention, and reactivation stages
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email and text messages to drive engagement and conversions
