Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies across various customer segments
- Proven track record of developing and executing cross-sell and upsell campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply them to optimize marketing initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fully remote environment
- Experience managing or contributing to large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams across different cultures and time zones
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in situations with limited structure or clarity
Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention
- Identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization
- Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion)
- Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels to continuously improve messaging, engagement, and conversion rates
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle
