Summary

Join Alma, a company simplifying access to affordable mental health care, as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will lead the transformation of the early customer experience for therapists, focusing on onboarding and support. Collaborate with various teams to launch experiments and improve the therapist experience with the Alma product. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach and a passion for creating seamless, supportive experiences. You will own and elevate the early customer journey, build collaborative relationships, and lead experimentation efforts. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience and expertise in marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience, as a hands-on builder of multi-channel strategy and programs (product-led growth experience is a plus)
  • You know your way around marketing automation tools (we use Marketo) and have experience influencing new channel usage based on evolving business needs
  • You’ve built testing strategies and measurement frameworks that drive real, incremental results—and you can speak to your successes
  • You know how to size up new opportunities and can confidently turn a long list of ideas into a focused, high-impact roadmap
  • You speak both Marketing and Product fluently, building trusting relationships across teams and effectively communicating the impact of your work
  • You approach new challenges with a mindset of resilience, confidence, and creativity

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the early customer journey, encouraging early tool adoption and building habits that stick
  • Build collaborative relationships across multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth handoffs from prospect to customer, and influence how we evolve this experience over time
  • Lead with experimentation, helping our team to develop scalable experimentation frameworks that drive impact
  • Create and document new processes as needed, as you set precedent for how the Lifecycle team uses some of the new tools in our toolbelt (CDP, in-app messaging)
  • Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to shape quarterly priorities and annual roadmaps, with a focus on measurable outcomes and mid-long term growth
  • Think creatively and with discipline to find low-lift, high-impact activities that drive your metrics forward, even evolving your KPIs based on the opportunities that you surface
