Senior Loan Officer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

The job is for a Senior Loan Officer in the South/Midwest Region at PCDC, a 501(c)(3) community development financial institution. The role involves expanding PCDC's lending business by originating healthcare financings and maintaining relationships with potential borrowers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Health or related field is preferred
• Minimum of five years lending experience in community development and/or community facility financing

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships to develop prospects and build a pipeline of viable financing opportunities
• Market CI’s financing capabilities and offerings more broadly by representing PCDC at state, regional and national conferences
• Initial vetting of loan inquiries; pre-application assessment after review of preliminary documents
• Work with borrowers through all stages of the financing process, helping potential borrowers to develop financing solutions that meet their needs
• Maintain CI’s prospect and pipeline tracking for the South/Midwest Region
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining open and productive communication with borrowers and other PCDC staff
