You will coach and develop a team, implement scalable sales processes, and monitor performance metrics to optimize results. Success in this role will involve driving new business and expansion opportunities through various sales models.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, coach C-level selling, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers
- Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development
- Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets
- Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team
- Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends
- Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into companies with 2000+ employees is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools
