Summary

Join Deel's growing team as a Senior Sales Manager, leading a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers in North America. You will drive revenue growth, cultivate a high-performing sales team, build scalable processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. This key role requires exceeding sales targets and contributing to the broader success of Deel's Immigration business. The position demands strong leadership, sales expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. You will coach and develop a team, implement scalable sales processes, and monitor performance metrics to optimize results. Success in this role will involve driving new business and expansion opportunities through various sales models.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams, including responsibility for coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Expertise in outbound sales, co-prime/overlay sales models, and closing contracts with annual commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline, coach C-level selling, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise customers
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture top sales talent with a focus on continuous growth and development
  • Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets
  • Implement scalable sales processes and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team
  • Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts, proactively adapting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations to drive alignment and shared success
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and address KPI trends
  • Drive new business and expansion opportunities through both outbound prospecting and co-prime/overlay sales models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into companies with 2000+ employees is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales productivity tools
