Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the revenue generation process, including sales, marketing, and customer success
- Expertise in data analysis, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to develop revenue strategies and set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets
- Support accurate and timely revenue forecasting by analyzing pipeline, deal velocity, and conversion rates for the Americas
- Collaborate on the design of quota, compensation, and incentive plans that align with revenue objectives
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal close and post-sale customer success
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes to drive predictable revenue growth
- Sponsor initiatives to standardize and automate processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Develop and maintain revenue dashboards, providing leadership with actionable insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) like pipeline health, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)
- Conduct in-depth analyses of revenue trends and identify areas for improvement across departments
- Regularly report on revenue performance and contribute to executive-level presentations
- Serve as the primary liaison between Americas revenue-generating teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) to ensure alignment on goals, strategy, and execution
- Collaborate with finance and business operations to ensure consistency in revenue recognition and reporting
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams to drive a cohesive go-to-market strategy
- Ensure all teams are maximizing the use of technology to streamline operations and improve data visibility
- Identify opportunities to integrate systems and improve data flow across platforms for more accurate forecasting and performance tracking
- Develop metrics and performance scorecards to track and measure success across revenue-driving teams
- Support leadership in evaluating team performance, identifying gaps, and developing improvement strategies
- Ensure that incentive plans are tracked and aligned with revenue objectives, providing insights into commission calculations and performance evaluations
- Ensure revenue operations are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Support the implementation of governance processes for contract management, deal approvals, and renewals to maintain data accuracy and process consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process optimization, automation, and technology integrations is a plus
