Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Development or Sales experience
- Experience with DeFi protocols and on-chain builders
- Grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue new opportunities and drive exceptional results with limited oversight
- Extreme pride in everything you do
- Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience
- Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience preparing structured and concise internal and external communication memos
- Thrives in ambiguity but is also capable of operating in a structured environment with clear risk management and compliance controls
Responsibilities
- Taking a new product to market and delivering on an ambitious set of goals for both USDC distribution and monetization related to this product
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with organizations across the onchain web3 space to drive the adoption and growth of USDC
- Leading negotiations and executing commercial deals with organizations across a variety of Web3 segments for Circleβs suite of products and services
- Ensuring all deals are grounded in sound fundamentals, ROI positive for Circle, and support our ambitious company OKRs
- Collaborating with our partners to help solve their problems and living a customer-first mindset
- Originating and managing a large portfolio of opportunities, developing & executing comprehensive GTM plans, and identifying opportunities to validate beta products
- Cultivating a team culture that is extremely high integrity, collaborative, customer-focused, metrics-driven, fast-paced, and optimistic
- Establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key decision makers in a wide range of Web3 organizations, including blockchains and DeFi protocols around the world
- Regular reporting and superior communication on the most vital KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region
Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $177,500 - $230,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
