Requirements

  • 4+ years of engineering management and agile development experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in building large scale enterprise solutions as a technical leader
  • Hands-on leader with experience going into the details for software architecture and design
  • Understanding of product development processes and proven experience moving from strategy to execution, delivering results with minimal guidance, communicating insights and ideas across organizations
  • Good understanding of complexities and challenges in large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Proven ability to inspire team belief and performance, recruit, mentor and grow technical talent, foster the best engineering culture around and willing to set the best example
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to work with both offshore and onshore teams to achieve our goals
  • Ability to work with Engineering teams to continuously refine and improve development and delivery processes
  • Customer focused, strong bias for action, high energy level, detail oriented and analytical thinker. Comfortable working on many projects in parallel
  • Experience from AdTech, MarTech, SalesTech, or Digital Marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to delivery key integration initiatives, and help advance technology and product roadmaps
  • Provide deep technical leadership, responsible for technical decision making, including establishing requirements, coordinating technical interface with customers, and advising leadership and customers on all technical aspects and issues
  • Be accountable for driving project execution, work cross-functionally with technology development teams and business teams to ship product on time with high quality
  • Collaborate with product managers to define future products and product enhancements
  • Leading, mentoring, motivating, and working with a geographically distributed team
  • Effectively manage individual goals and objectives, performance, and employee development
  • Ensure the right culture, processes, and technology investments are in place for future product launches
  • Run and improve an agile/rapid development process
  • Assure that appropriate knowledge management is exercised to maximize the transfer of knowledge to new team members and projects
  • Provide regular communications, including KPI results, project progress, and relevant cost metrics to engineering leaders, functional leaders, project management teams
