The job involves developing and executing a community strategy, building and growing online communities across multiple platforms, setting and implementing social media campaigns, providing engaging content for social media accounts, responding to customer queries, organizing events, liaising with different departments, staying updated with digital technology trends, and having 3+ years of experience in community roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an exciting community strategy designed to drive brand reputation
• Build, monitor, and grow the online community (Discord, Twitter, Telegram)
• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and BizDev teams to ensure brand consistency
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in crypto services and/or tech companies
