Summary
Join Mursion as a Client Engagement Manager to partner with senior leaders at Fortune 500 clients, drive behavior change at scale, and contribute to key strategic projects. This is a leadership role that requires 5+ years in a CSM role at a tech firm or consulting experience, strong process orientation, program management experience, content development skills, client management skills, ability to zoom in and out, determination to succeed, comfort navigating within uncertainty, and ability to work cross-functionally and in ambiguous environments. The compensation package includes an annual base salary range from $100K-$130K based on experience and location, eligibility for company bonus and equity, competitive benefits including full medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k program, paid holidays, and flexible PTO.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a CSM role at a tech firm or consulting experience
- Strong process orientation and program management experience
- Strong content development skills (playbooks, presentations, etc.)
- Strong client management skills (ability to sell, manage disgruntled clients, develop relationships with senior stakeholders)
- Ability to zoom in and out β you can synthesize a large amount of information into well-informed strategic choices for the business while also understanding the details pertaining to a current assignment deeply
- Determination to succeed and evidence of tangible impact for clients and your past company(ies) β you are motivated by aligning goals of the customer and Mursion to win
- Comfortable navigating within uncertainty - you can be agile to adapt your approach and mindset to lead dynamic partnerships
- Ability to work cross functionally and in ambiguous environments β you enjoy working on unknown or new topics that you may not have prior experience in. You care more about getting the right answer than being right
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders at Fortune 500 clients to design, implement, and derive insights from Mursion programs
- Collaborate with clients on designing communication plans, measurement approaches, and work to secure renewals and expansions
- Partnering with key executives in the organization to tackle key strategic special projects and collaborate cross-functionally to execute
- Develop and execute key elements of Mursionβs standard playbook to ensure a scalable process in the delivery, creation, and oversight of Mursion products
- Partner with the leadership team to scope out and develop key strategic partnerships needed to further enhance our current product offering and provide additional critical insights for our clients
- As a leader at the company, develop and coach other team members on the Mursion team
